:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Column width after update

Post by romero »

After updating to the latest version from and old one (22.something) I find that I no longer have control over the width of the columns in list view. Autofit the width of the name column is off, I have folder view settings enabled, autosize columns is disabled, remember list settings per tab is enabled (and everything in apply to is checked). And yet if I resize the width of the name column and as much as click on another tab and come back, the column width reverts back.

Just as I was about to post this I switched to details view, resized column width and the change stuck. I went back to list view and the changes now stick. So my issue is solved, but I'll still post as there's surely a bug in there somewhere.

I'm not aware of anything fishy here, but let me know if you see a pattern that shouldn't be there.
