XYplorer “dies” easily

XYplorer “dies” easily, reinstallation didn't help. Any ideas? THANKS.

- what do you do before the crash
- screenshot of situation before crash

Sorry about the link, what should I do if I want to upload some videos?

It happened randomly, anything might cause crash, but I can create a new window and use it and leave the crash window alone.

"anything might cause crash" ... on a scale of 1 to 10, how helpful is that? Come on, you can do better. And words are almost always better than video.
