Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

And why did you not provide any information ?
Should the Author ask his glass sphere about details ?
What version of XY ?
Which steps lead to the error ?

No one can help if you don't provide more details.dicktatorc wrote: ↑15 May 2024 10:32 I don't know Which steps lead to the error, because this usually happens when i use other program
If you're using another program how does it interact with XY?
What is the other program and what are you doing with it to cause XY to (try to) open?
