Intermittent Bug Reading Drive Properties

While checking my drive by right click properties, I have received an API function error a few times. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it consistently to give you the actual error message for the API in question. The Windows 11 system did not capture the error as it didn't affect the core Windows system. 99% plus of the times I do it, I just don't get an error, but I most definitely have received an error message with a partial API shown about four or so times.
I will try to reproduce it and hopefully give you something better to work with.

If you see it again, take a picture. But it was probably just a Windows hiccup.

This definitely wouldn't be the first windows hiccup with working with Windows since version 1.0.
