Open Xyplorer with Rapid Acccess expanded

Post by klownboy »

I've looked in Configuration and XYplorer's ini file for something that will open XYplorer with Rapid Access expanded such that the first level of Rapid Access folders are visible? I'm not talking about subs of those RAFs. And yes, I'm doing a save with Rapid Access expanded before exiting. I may have missed something obvious. My ini file has these entries,
StartPath=Rapid Access
StartPathExpanded=1
but all I get is the Rapid Access tree line and not my entries under it until I click the + expand after startup. I'm not sure what those 2 entries above do. My "Links" open expanded. By the way, I'm talking about full tree not mini. Thanks.

No need to tinker with the INI file. Just do this:

2024-05-06_091929.png (1.95 KiB) Viewed 694 times
Or use %RapidAccess% for locale independence.

OK Don. That's not quite what I was after, in that I'd prefer to have "C:\" as my startup folder as I always have, but at the same time have Rapid Access expanded when I startup. I can live with that though by simply putting a Rapid Access folder to: Home>C:\

Just keep it expanded. It should remember it when restarting.
