Splash Screen Icon Size on v25.80.0331

hi! using v25.80.0331, the splash screen XY icon doesn't look correct. it is very small and shifted around the form. i've been trying to get a screenshot of it, but i'm too slow to capture it.

What are your screen; settings?

BTW, look at my "Location" here at the left: Location: Win8.1 @100%, Win10 @100%
I could save a lot of time if everybody here did this in his User Profile. Just the Windows version and the screen resolution, done.
