How can I Ad Winrar to the Tool Bar

You can't, not at the moment. For now you'll have to use a KS or the Catalog (you'll find more about those on the XYwiki)

But, it's been said that un upcoming version will include CTB (Custom Toolbar Buttons), and then you will be able to add whatever you want in your TB.
