Calling help by F1 works strangely

I think we need to check in all places for opening F1 help. Some places always open the right help page, and some places work strangely.

For example, in the picture above. F12 => Properties tab => F1. And there are many such places, try other tabs. BUT! All pages open perfectly in CONFIGURATION.

The problem here is the focus. If you click on the Properties tab so that it gets the focus (and the list loses the focus) then F1 works fine here, too.
