Error with search/replace renaming and existing names

There is a bug with search/replace renaming.
In my case there were 2 files that, after renaming, would have had a name of already existing files.
The command asked me if I wanted to continue anyway and rename all other files that had no conflict.
I clicked yes.
Then a box popped that repeated the fact that there were 2 conflicts (showing some details).
I clicked ok. That box kept popping up and with each iteration showed showed the affected files twice, then three times, four times ...
I could only close XY by closing it through the task bar.

Now, I finally found time and could not repro it either anymore.
