Background jobb status indicator not updating

I noticed that the status of background jobs doesn't show correctly when I move a lot of files ("Use Custom Copy" and "For all move operations" enabled/checked). When XYplorer starts to move the files, it does show a status message in the info bar (e.g. "job #20 added ..."), but the status indicator on the lower right remains a green circle with a check mark. Only when I expand/minimise the info panel, does the job indicator update and switch to the white/blue "busy animation". The "busy animation" is only animated when the mouse cursor is hovering over the indicator.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I am on v25.40

Additionally, when I continue using XYplorer, the status message "job #20 added ..." is replaced by the usual status message. It would be nice, if the background job status would remain visible, possibly in a new column (see picture), if there is enough space.

Does this mean that the problem only occurs with a certain number of files?

It is independent of how long the move operation takes. The busy indicator never updates.
Of course, the trick with expanding or minimising the info bar works only if the move operation lasts long enough for me to actually expand/minimise the info bar.

I've been noticing lately my statusbar BJ indicator sometimes getting stuck on the blue white barber shop icon (non animated) after all jobs are completed, it must be since this change, things like right clicking the icon or clicking the btn change it to the green tick so its not a big issue, just letting you know though since I haven't got repro steps yet.

Well, even worse. That barber shop thing was not even showing at all under certain conditions. Should be fixed in next beta.

Since we're on the subject though, has anything changed with the positioning of this icon, mine seems top aligned or possibly shrunken now, whereas from memory it used to be centered vertically or similar height as the up arrow to the right, I use 120 dpi.

Yes, I could repro it, but also not sure if it ever worked. When I find the time, I will add live animation instead of flipping icons.

Yeah I wasn't sure, I know I've been paying it a lot of attention lately though.
The new upside down animation looks and works well.

Upside down, yes When I wrote it, I did not think much about the orientation, and then I saw that it came out upside down. I guess it does not matter, or is there some secret barbershop code?
