Video preview display speed

Compared to "Everything"
Xyplorer takes a long time to get a video preview Even though the video preview is set to look like a thumbnail
Although Xyplorer is not very slow
When I look at it while turning over several files, a preview of the video appears, and there is a bad delay.
Is this just my PC problem?
When I select the next file, in the video preview (which works like a thumbnail)
I hope the preview comes up sooner.

It seems to occur only in files

It comes up late in Xyplorer
