Can't trigger the glider

I could see the glider when it first showed up (empty of content). Ever since then, I can't figure out how to make it show.
Yes, I checked the show glider in Tools Customize Tree. These are (what I think are) the relevant settings in the config file:

GliderBtns=+gcopy,+gmove,+gcpaste,gscript
GliderBtnsPerRow=3
GliderBtnSize=0
GliderColor=15782064
GliderZone=0
GliderDelay=200
GliderSnap=0
GliderProps=2

What do I need to change?

Just in case: if you right-click on Glider there will be a context menu with all those options, no need to hog in INI anymore.
