Sort folders and files mixed together

Is there a way in Details or List views to sort alphabetically by Name and not have all the folders grouped together at the top and files underneath but instead have files and folders mixed and simply listed alphabetically?

Just switch in off in config.
Sort and Rename / Sort Folders apart.
