tab refresh for downloaded file?

what setting am I overlooking?

When I change a filename, the tab refreshes the display to show the new sort order

When a download arrives to that folder, the tab doesn't refresh until I hit f5.

I am sure I messed up a setting, somewhere, sometime - please remind me where to look and what to change?

Works here. Downloaded file is correctly positioned acc. to the current sort order.

Sometimes i observe same stuff: file was downloaded but XY for some reason didn't refresh the List to show it, till F5 used(surely auto-refresh is enabled). As it wasn't bothering me that much, and i couldn't track if it happens only with specific programs downloads, i didn't report.
