It should happen within 15 times.
The problem comes from this option Configuration | Information | Tags | Auto-refresh tags
It's just that the list is not displayed correctly. Restart XY and you will see that the item has been tagged.

Steps:
Run the command copyto "D:\T1\", "D:\Test.txt", , 2, 2, 1, 1, 0, 0, , 0, 0;
Delete the file "D:\T1\Test.txt"

You are using Auto-refresh tags? This option is only necessary in a multi-user environment.

An update changed the dirty tags, so I need to check this option.
