Icons Randomnly Change

There appears to be a major bug with icons. I change an icon on the toolbar for a custom command, then save the settings and when I hover over catalog icons or toolbar icons they change to something else. Sometimes they are icons for other software, other times just a black square. I have to restart XY to fix it.

It doesn't happen all the time, but it has happened several times now, so something is definitely not right.

Overall though, great software. I am evaluating at the moment, but will get a licence once I'm happy with everything. The scripting is terrific.

I've never seen this issue and I change toolbar icons all the time. Might have been a Windows hiccup. Do you still see the problem?
