"Almost always" is a pretty rough description of the necessary conditions. Can you spill some detail? And please try the latest version first.

I guess not from you. Perhaps others? Rudeness doesn't cut it in my book. Check the follow on thread. I have a life time license. Upgraded. Same problem. I have a lot of sw on my system and am just about to finish a roll out which would have contained the latest.

Could it be that you have circular shortcuts or junctions somewhere in the search location?
