XYcopy Deselects Folders/Files

hi! when XYcopy is copying or moving files in the background, any file or folder that i currently have selected in XY (foreground), the checkbox gets un-selected when the queue changes files.

this is extremely frustrating when working with a large numbers of background copy or moves and am unable to keep anything in the foreground (main XY window) selected to work on (until the queue is empty).

is there a setting that i am missing that will keep my selections selected when the queue is processing and going from task to task ?

I don't use checkbox selection, but try disabling this if you have it enabled:

Configuration | General | Refresh, Icons, History | Auto-Refresh | Refresh during file operations

that "fixed" the issue, thank you.

i had recently un-checked/re-checked that option to solve a problem i was having in the auto-refresh thread. i didn't notice that the "Refresh during file operations" option was now causing my checkboxes to become un-selected.

i use the checkbox selection quite heavily. if there isn't a way to "if something is checked, during refresh, leave it only", i'll have to decide which is more important to my workflow - 1) seeing refreshed file operations or 2) using checkbox selection.

admin, is keeping the state of the checkbox preserved during refreshes something that can be looked at ?

I could reproduce it only when and while there are prompts from the background process, eg overwrite prompts.

Anyway, it should be fixed in the next beta.
