Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Re: Startup very slow
50% CPU, is that a dualcore one? Which would mean 100% on a single core and if the XY process is running on the same...

Re: Startup very slow
You are in MiniTree mode in the screenshot, does the issue also occur when you are in normal mode?

Re: Startup very slow
I have a similar issue but it's mostly when I'm browsing network drives. Speed is painfully slow when navigating through folders and the copy from Network drive to my local drive is very very slow. 300k vs 38M on Windows Explorer. It used to work fine but suddenly something has changed.

Re: Startup very slow
Nothing has changed in XY. Give it some time and Windows will be back to normal.

Re: Startup very slow
So Sorry for delay. Yes...this still occurs regardless of mini tri mode being on or off. This is still very confusing, since this has worked purrrrrfectly in the past on the same machine with same everything (that I know of).
