If an Edit | Action Log event is "Undone", but the undo fails eg for a name collision, the Action Log will show it as "Undone" anyway.

1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

Depends. Undo/Redo can be surprisingly complex. I would need the exact steps and Undo/Redo settings.

Ironically, I had detailed the steps in my first version of this post, but thought maybe it appeared too complex to get looked at.
• Open a ::fresh instance.
• Create files A and B.
• Delete A.
• Rename B to A.
• Forget that you made that rename.
• Try to Action Log Undo the deletion of A.
• When that hits the name collision, cancel the Undo.
• Rename A to C.
• Try again to Undo the deletion of A.
• That will say it's already been Undone - which isn't true.
• Open a ::fresh instance.
• Create files A and B.
• Delete A.
• Rename B to A.
• Forget that you made that rename.
• Try to Action Log Undo the deletion of A.
• When that hits the name collision, cancel the Undo.
• Rename A to C.
• Try again to Undo the deletion of A.
• That will say it's already been Undone - which isn't true.
