XYplorer v23.90.0405 on Windows 10 x64
My system "Downloads" folder has been relocated to the D: drive (may be relevant). I have a subfolder in Downloads\, and that subfolder has a file.
When I right-click on that file, the "Move Up" option is grayed-out. This happens also even in a second- or third-level folder under Downloads\. But "Move Up" works fine in folders that are not in Downloads\.
This also does not happen in a ::Fresh instance, so it must be related to a setting I've engaged. But I don't see how it should occur in any case so am reporting here as a bug.

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Okay, that was a tiny and very recent improvement out of a whim, or should I say "improvement" in quotes? Next beta...
