Ability to move jobs (change order) in Background Jobs list

When queueing copy/move jobs, it would be awesome if there was a "Move up / down" in the background jobs list since one could change their mind and want to prioritize a specific job instead of waiting for it to get its turn (or worse: having to skip the other jobs and re-enqueue them in another order if one changes their mind)

Currently there's just the option to skip/start a job, but not change its priority/order within the queue.
