Compare two folders?

I've had a look around and I cant see anyway to compare two folders ... say Pane #1 compared to Pane #2 ... for differences between the two folders and also to do a full binary compare.
Is this possible and I just cant locate it?

"Sync Folders" is one possible way, but I was looking for something that could just list all the differences?
