Something I have always noticed, its not new behavior, and I assume it might be because I run 120%, but the large icon in the IP is always cropped on the top and bottom (on the sides too but usually less noticeable), not sure if it is also displayed like that at 100% too, I haven't tested. If the icon is copied to clip it has the whole icon displayed and is 40x40, unsure if that is relevant.

In the example below the IP is on the left and Shell Properties dialog on the right, which shows that like 1px is missing off the top and bottom.
