On version 23.70.0200 for me, previewing a .MSG Outlook file (32 bit Office 365) - Preview pane stops working (mouse is unresponsive in pane) when you switch to previewing other files. You also get a flash of a .msg preview when you switch to another file in the preview pane. Only fix is to restart XYPlorer.
• Word preview still works
• Going between MSG + PDF does not work
• PDF – not working with PDF Editor shell & Foxit shell

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Alternating between .msg and .pdf works just fine here. Same version, Sumatra 64-bit shell extensions...

It 'works' as in it shows up, but I can't drag the preview pane scrollbar after the first .msg file & same for PDFs.
So it's actually not usable especially when I want to copy + select text from within that .msg preview pane.
This is using the MS OUTLOOK .msg handler, not the MsgPreviewer64 handler (which I can't use because it takes focus from the list pane whereas the Outlook handler keeps focus to the list pane so you can use up/down arrows to go to next file).
So when you say you're both using the msg handler, are you using the Outlook handler, or that 64 bit third party version?

Default MS Outlook previewer functions normally in File Explorer.
So, isn't this a reportable bug given I continue to have the issue with the MS Outlook previewer? I thought the developer advertised on the site it 'works out of the box' with the native .msg previewer, but clearly it does not.
No one else confirmed that the MS Outlook native previewer is working properly.
