Impossible to find where to setup custom shortcut

I need to set up a custom shortcut.
I've searched in docs and found this article: https://www.xyplorer.com/tour.php?page=cks
It says, "Customize Keyboard Shortcuts dialog" serves this purpose.
I've searched in Configuration and found only this:




I am really not sure what do I should ask about:
"How can set up up shortcut and is this possible in XYplorer?"
or
"How many f... hours developers considered enough for user to spend writing on forum and scanning the Internet to set up one shortcut?"

P.S. or "How to add images on forum?"
