'Click and Tag' Category becomes bugged after edit

After editing the 'Click and Tag' header once, even without changes, the Category won't allow to create new Tag items, and any existing Tag item you try to edit will turn into a default catalog item.

This is before editing the Click and Tag header:

Note that just renaming the header won't cause the issue, it's when you open its properties and then click on OK that it becomes buggy.
