1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

On this XYplorerFree 17.40.0100 on Windows 7, Help | Online support | Check for updates fails thus:

It's 5 years old and not supported anymore. Nobody cares...

Just for the record, this function in XYplorerFree works well:
To see the attached files, you need to log into the forum.

His OS is old, probably no support for the latest TLS version...

OS is Windows 7 is well within the system requirements of Xyplorer Free which go all the way back to XP and state no requirement for latest TLS version.
