Using 23.60.0009.
This is tricky to reproduce because it seems sometimes it works and others don't at the first try but I guess there is some pattern there that I'm not seeing.
CEA in white for double and middle click are set to "Go up"
1. Double click a folder in a way that the cursor ends up somewhere in the white portion of the file list.
2. Without moving the mouse/cursor double or middle click on white, this time it may work without problems.
3. Now, because going up moves the list this time you have to accommodate the list so the folder you will double click leaves the cursor on a white portion and then enter the folder.
4. Without moving the mouse/cursor double or middle click. This time it doesn't work, nothing happens unless you move the mouse and then double/middle click.
If it doesn't reproduce you have to repeat the actions because sometimes in the third or fourth try this is triggered, and sometimes in the first try.
Right click always works.
This can be reproduced easily if in the point 3, instead of moving the mouse you use the wheel to scroll the list.
Btw, at least in 23.50.0100 CEA is working without problems.
Edit: I was wrong, not only CEA aren't working, left clicking also doesn't work.
Sometimes CEA on white in file list doesn't work if the mouse/cursor hasn't moved

Yes, I noted that too. It should be fixed in the next beta.
