Can't clear thumbnail cache

This is with XY 23.50.0201, on Win x64.

I set my thumbnails cache path to be "D:\temp\XYthumbcache". That works OK to store thumbs, but when I try Configuration | Thumbnails | Clear Cache I get:

The folder permissions on both D:\temp and \zythumbcache allow full control to all Users, and I run as a local Administrator.

Have you tried to close XY, restart and try again? I ask because in I've experienced similar problems deleting individual caches numerous times. It usually occurs if you've accessed images folder(s) to do anything like refresh or build thumbnails during that run of XYplorer. XY will not allow you to delete the cache and will usually have nothing to do with Windows folder permissions. An XY restart will typically then allow access/deletion.
