23.50.0100 lost license on upgrade - always trial

On upgrade to 23.50.0100 xyplorer lost my saved licence and won't accept new one, staying always in trial mode.

Got it. The bug that your license doesn't work anymore was introduced with Beta v23.50.0019

Probably because of regression caused by these changes?

      Fixed:
        text utf8encode("Грузия"); //Грузия           = RIGHT!
        text utf8decode(utf8encode("Грузия")); //Грузия     = RIGHT!
