XYplorer can fail to start under certain conditions

This is a continuation of this topic: viewtopic.php?p=200591#p200591

I started a new topic because it turns out it was a very old bug unrelated to the recent changes made in that topic, I only just noticed it now because of the dimming issue mentioned in the linked topic causing me to accidentally save my config with the tree locked.

Ok now to the bug, after spending ages troubleshooting, I narrowed down the cause to this old version/change:

    + View | Show Items | Show Folders in List: Now you get a status icon in the 
      left section of the Status Bar when folders are hidden from the list.

So if you set these configs, HideFoldersInList=1 LockTree=1 you should see the issue (in all builds since that one).
