hover on paste button with large clipboard. more than 100 items. the point is the tooltip message has to be very long.
tooltip will flasher (appear and fade constantly).
If it doesn't happen at the first time, move the mouse slowly over the button until you reach the right point and it will happen

The tooltip is limited to 32 lines. Does it still fill the whole screen for you? How high is your screen in pixels?

another problem that may be related:If you increase the font size too much, the tooltip of file will also be unstable
