[FIXED] MediaInfo FLAC tag tips broken as of 23.10.0016

I tested this with the last few versions, and it works fine up until version 23.10.0015

Beginning with 23.10.0016, the Media Info tags tooltip no longer appears. This is what hovering over a FLAC file looked like until version 23.10.0015:

As of 23.10.0016, this tip no longer appears, and up to an including 23.10.0028, now hovering over a FLAC file shows NO tip at all.

Hovering over the file's icon DOES produce the basic tip, but that does not include any media info:

I haven't made any settings changes, and without any changes, going back to 23.10.0015 displays the tags tip properly.

Confirmed Fixed, thanks Don! I did note, that the audio tips still did not show for me until I ticked "when hovering over the filename". This used to work before (for the audio tags only), and hovering only over the file icon produced the standard tip without the audio tags. I'm OK with the new behavior, which appears to be combined, as now when I hover over the file icon, I am getting the audio tags too, where before I would only get the basic file information. I'm fine either way, to revert to the old behavior or continue forward with the new combined tips. I guess the new way is more consistent.

Yes, the old way was not correct.

Tip: You can force the default tip to appear by holding CTRL.
