Broken my windows photos app (when double clicking)

I downloaded xyplorer, tried it for a day and deleted it as I didn’t like it.

It has since caused me a problem that when double clicking photos on the regular windows explorer, every photo open up grey in the photo viewer (lacking any options other than fulls creek button)

I redownloaded xyplorer and it seems it works with it but not the windows explorer. This application has broken my photos app.

Another note, I can open photos manually and then search for the photo that way and it has no problem opening the photo

I would very much appreciate a fix for this

A normal installation of XY doesn't change in any way the Windows Photo app
nor does ist change any Windows file association.

Regardless of that, this started happening IMMEDIATELY preceding installing xyplorer, any help would be greatly appreciated

You don’t even know what system setting is responsible for this and you’re telling me how it doesn’t affect it 100% confidence lol
