:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Right-click Mouse Button Issue

Post by arhythm_1 »

Greetings,

This may have been answered and, if so, I apologize for not finding it when I searched the forum. However, whenever I right-click on a file (any file) in XYPlorer, the Windows Installer is launched and I have to cancel the installer 2 times in order to access the (right-click) menu to cut, copy, rename, view properties, etc.

Can you please assist?

Thanks!!

Please reboot, try it again and if it still applies:

Does is happen when you tick this: Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | [x] Show the 64-bit context menu

Does that happen in Windows Explorer as well?
