Windows 11 video decoding bug(SOLVED)

In Windows 10, if the video cannot be decoded, it will be terminated and prompted.
In Windows 11, a confirmation dialog will pop up, most videos cannot be previewed, app must be killed. This also happens when MDBU on file icons and thumbnail views.

Windows Explorer previews the same videos just fine?

I uninstalled SageThumbs.exe. It's a problem with the preview program. :|
