If I check Fire click on mousedown than On middle click becomes 2x middle click.
For example, On middle click: run Notepad will open Notepad twice.
On right click works as expected.

1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

Only the first time within a session, afterwards it works alright. Can you confirm?

No, it happens everytime I middle click a button.
