    + List: Now when you hold SHIFT, right-click on empty will pop the "Tools | Customize 
      List..." menu. Gives you quick access to these settings.
      So holding SHIFT overrides "Configuration | General | Custom Event Actions | Clicking 
      on White | Right-click on white in file list".

breaks CEA's that work with that modifier, maybe you could make it only active if CEA isn't "Run Script"?, since a scripter could achieve that action themselves if desired anyway.

Shit. Tricky. I don't really like your solution, but I also don't want to start a whole new dimension of CEAs with all combinations of modifiers. Need to think...
