Can't open pdf documents in 22.90

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Can't open pdf documents in 22.90
When double-clicking a pdf-file, Adobe Acrobat DC reader starts, but no document is visible. In Windows Explorer it works.

I guess this comes from some of the protected mode settings in Adobe.
Check that no Adobe is currently running while you try to open a PDF from XY.

With Process Explorer I can see that Acrobat.exe opens as a subprocess to xyplorer, but nothing more happens. I have to kill this subprocess in order to open Adobe as a standalone application.

I just found out that it works on another PC with the same versions of Windows 10 Pro, XYplorer 22.90 and Adobe so it must be related to this computer, not XYPlorer.

Check and compare the Adobe settings
