User Button Requires Second Click

I just transitioned to Win 11 so not sure if this is XY or something else.

I have a number of UDF buttons where in the past, a single click would invoke the button action.
Now, after the first left click, I get a drop down option that must be selected to fire the option.
Below button with the camera icon executes: On left Click #115
