Bug with Find files/Live Filter Box omitting results with diacritics

When querying text that contains certain diacritics such as "グーグル", some files that contain text within brackets will be omitted.

The problem is apparent when doing the following searches:
- Live Filter Box in standard or Regular Expression
- Find files (ctrl+f) in Standard or Boolean mode with "ignore diacritics" checked on


In the following example, all files are expected be matched with the query: グーグル
(Note that the numbers indicate the ordinal ID of the character within the brackets)

File list:
