Open a new tab while tab bar is hidden

Current beta.

It only occurs in single pane mode!

Have only one tab open (and at least one subfolder in the list pane).
Hide the tab bar
Right click the subfolder and open it in a new tab (or background, doesn't matter)
Show the tab bar

A second tab was not (visually) created

If that subfolder has a sub-subfolder and you do the same action again, the tab bar will show all three tabs so it kinda heals itself

If you try the same in dual pane mode (regardless in which pane), the newly created tab shows up when you re-enable the tab bar, so the bug doesn't happen there

I guess the best fix would be to disable those tab-creating commands while the tab bar is hidden. Also View | Tab | New Tab is hidden then.

The best fix would be to create the tab
It works in dual pane mode but not in single pane mode so obviously it's possible
