Do you get the same error also when you right-click any of the column headers?

Wow! yes i do. same error and then it hangs.

Hard to say what's causing that rare bug under ubuntu. I made 3 little changes. Next upload will show whether I made a hit.

It's not the same message and that makes it interesting!

Looks like the "Short Time" named time format is not supported in Ubuntu! What a mundane, trivial bug (they made, not me!)...

I could do something about it. But I guess there are many more issues under ubuntu, right? So there's little point in just fixing this one.

Yeah, there are issues under ubuntu for sure, just the fact that XY runs on linux was exciting enough.
It might be more stable under Mono Project.

Just to update you, I get the same error message with v7.10.0036.
With scripts and catalog its not too bad to work with XY on ubuntu. Again, just FYI.

You mean the updateModeMenus@33 ?? Tell them ubuntu boys they should fix that!

Yeah, its the same "updateModeMenus@33" error and is not your problem. Like you said, its mundane that they dont recognize "short time" format.
