Scrollable toolbar and button set switching don't work

Hello,

Scrollable toolbar and button set switching don't work together with the mouse wheel. I ticked Scrollable toolbar and allow button set switching. But only srollable toolbar works, even I use shift + wheel. Do I something wrong, or is it a bug ?

Well, something may be wrong. I don't use these settings but...did you try it with scrolled toolbar wraps unchecked?

Works fine here always. Shift+Wheel means you hold the SHIFT key down while you turn the wheel.

With the toolbar settings in the above pic, I get no action at all with an un-modified scroll on the toolbar. If I hold the shift down while scrolling, I get toolbar switching. These are not my normal settings. I always have Scrollable toolbar and wrapping unchecked.

Maybe I'm forgetting the rules, but if "Scrollable toolbar" and "toolbar set switching" are both checked, shouldn't we get a scrolling toolbar when you scroll un-mod-ed and with shift held get toolbar switching (wrapping unchecked).

EDIT: I don't know if the lengths of the TBs come into play. For testing, I have toolbar set #1 very long and should scroll and toolbar 2 is short and of course shouldn't scroll. Both have menu bar items on the left side.

Yes- that's what I do . It doesn't work.
No matter. I've done 2 shorter toolbars with the long one.
With scrolled toolbar unchecked I use the button switching with the wheel. Et voilà I have the same result !

I tried with an old PC and it works perfectly.
It's not working with my main PC. I don't know why.

Strange.

I tested it on 2 PCs with Win8 and Win10 and it works well.
