How to add onedrive related action in context menu

Post by jose_liu »

Hello guys,

May I ask whether there is a way to add onedrive related action in context menu? I recently change my laptop and in new one with Win10, I cannot find those onedrive related action in context menu (share, view online...) In previous laptop with win10, such actions are default available in XYplorer but now I cannot find it both in default and 64-bit context menu. Any comment is appreciated

Thanks and best regards,
Joseph Liu

Hello Joseph,

Have you tried reinstalling onedrive? I don't think XYplorer is the problem.

cheers

Hi colleague,

Sorry if I did not make myself clear. From onedrive_action.jpg, those onedrive context menu is shown perfectly in Windows Explorer but does not show up within XYplorer. That is the reason why I pop up this question in the forum.

Thanks and best regards,
Joseph Liu

Finally I have found the reason. Thanks to viewtopic.php?t=2466, in my laptop this "Run as administrator" is also somehow chosen in xyployer.exe (not .lnk) which prevent me from seeing onedrive related action and from dragging and dropping items from outlook. After unclicked the "Run as administrator", everything is cool now.
