XYplorer won't launch

Post by nsyrax »

It seems it's hung because the last folder I had selected was a network drive that it can't access, and it now won't do anything. Is there a way to make it not start from where I left off?

Delete the folders 1 & 2 in your XY data folder under "Panes" or call xyplorer with the path that you want to start in, e.g. xyplorer C:\ (e.g. from a dos box and inside the xyplorer folder)

And you are unable to delete folders by using e.g. Windows Explorer? oO

Actually, I tricked it into working by opening a folder in File Explorer. Now I have to figure out why it's not wanting to see that network drive when File Explorer sees it without issue.

Thanks!

If you regularly run into this I recommend ticking this: Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | No network browsing on startup
