:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Using XYplorer to copy/move files To/from NAS using Thunderbolt

Post by thales »

Hi, My pc has TB3 and It's connected to my Qnap NAS using TB3. I have adm privileges in both so there are no security issues.
XYplorer can list directories but it doesn't copy or move files between the two devices. It hangs after a short time.
If I connect those two devices using ethernet those copy/moves are done with no problems, but not at the TB3 speed. The transfers are done at 1Gb max since my ethernet is a 1Gb card.
Any ideas? Have you tested a similar configuration to see if this problem arises?
Thanks for any input on this.
