Error 6 when creating thumbnails of webm files

Error 6 when creating thumbnails of webm files

If thumbnails width>300,get Error 6 when creating the webm file thumbnail,then used the first image as a thumbnail.

I tested
this file,when thumbnails width>=512 will get the error 6

reduce video width and height,when thumbnails width>=128 will get the error 6
