For obscure reasons, would it be possible by whatever means to create a CTB that would do a Right Click?

There is the Windows standard Shift-F10 for the context menu.
What is your obscure reason ?

Combining the original posting with your reply then can Shift-F10 be made into a custom toolbar button?

Me thinks it depends on how one's brain is wired. Was pretty good at teaching Organic Chemistry. At writing code and scripting not so much.
